Refunds will not be provided for:

* Wrong product selection
* Color preference
* Design preference
* Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
* Personal preference after receiving the product
* Delay in delivery caused by the courier
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after delivery with clear photos and videos of the package and product without any cuts and edits.
Such cases will be reviewed by Pennizhai Clothing on an individual basis.
Customers are requested to verify all order details, including product selection, delivery address, mobile number and PIN code, before confirming the order.
Once an order is confirmed, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required under applicable law.
